Our standard cleanings start at $60/hr. Final quote provided after walk-through or virtual consultation. Contact us for a intial quote or inquires regarding your resident space via email or phone (email preferably for faster response.)

*Note: To secure your cleaning appointment, a $25 non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee goes toward your total service cost. Rescheduling is available with 24+ hours notice.

🧼 Standard Residential Cleaning:

🛋️ Common Areas (Living Room, Hallways, etc.):

• Dusting of furniture, shelves, and surfaces

• Vacuuming or sweeping floors and rugs

• Mopping hard floors

• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces (spot clean)

• Emptying trash bins

• Light organization (straightening pillows, magazines, etc.)

🛏️ Bedrooms:

• Making the bed (no linen change unless requested)

• Dusting surfaces (nightstands, dressers, lamps)

• Vacuuming/mopping floors

• Emptying trash

🍽️ Kitchen:

• Wiping down countertops and backsplash

• Cleaning exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)

• Cleaning stove top

• Wiping cabinet faces (light touch)

• Cleaning sink and faucet

• Sweeping and mopping floors

• Taking out trash

🚽 Bathrooms:

• Cleaning sinks, faucets, and counters

• Scrubbing toilet (inside and out)

• Cleaning tub/shower and tiles

• Cleaning mirrors

• Wiping down fixtures

• Emptying trash

• Sweeping and mopping floors

🧹 Other Tasks:

• General tidying and surface disinfecting

• Cobweb removal (low-reach areas)

• Light switch and door handle wipe-downs
