• Dust furniture, shelves, décor, and baseboards

• Wipe light switches, door handles, and fixtures

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sweep and mop hard floors

• Empty trash bins and replace liners

• Clean windowsills and spot-clean glass doors/windows

🍽 Kitchen Area

• Wipe down countertops and backsplash

• Clean exterior of appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave)

• Clean inside microwave

• Wipe cabinet doors and handles

• Scrub sink and polish fixtures

• Empty trash/recycling

• Sweep and mop floors

🚽Bathrooms

• Scrub and disinfect toilets

• Clean sink, faucets, and mirrors

• Scrub shower/tub walls and doors

• Wipe countertops and cabinets

• Replace towels if provided

• Empty trash

• Sweep and mop floors

🛏️Bedrooms

• Dust surfaces, lamps, and décor

• Make beds (change linens if fresh set provided)

• Vacuum or sweep/mop floors

• Empty trash bins

🏠Living / Common Areas

• Dust and wipe furniture, electronics, and décor

• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery (if applicable)

• Wipe down coffee tables, side tables, and shelves

• Fluff and arrange pillows/cushions

• Sweep and mop floors

Pricing -

• $60 flat fee for spaces up to 1000 sq ft

• $30 for each additional 500 sq ft beyond 1000 sq ft

Example: 1500 sq ft = $90 / 2000 sq ft = $120
